Digital Product Only

The Reset Path sells digital products, including ebooks and related downloadable resources. We do not ship any physical products. No printed book, parcel, or other physical item will be delivered.

How Delivery Works

After your payment has been successfully confirmed, your digital product will be made available electronically.

A download link or access instructions will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout. Depending on our digital delivery setup, this may arrive in a separate digital-delivery email rather than the standard Shopify order confirmation email.

Please check your inbox, spam, and promotions folders.

Delivery Time

Digital delivery is intended to be automatic after successful payment confirmation. In some cases, payment verification or technical issues may cause a delay.

If you have not received your download information or cannot access your purchase, email theresetpaths@gmail.com with your order number and checkout email address.

No Shipping Charges

As our products are digital, there are no physical shipping or courier charges.

Customer Responsibility

Please provide an accurate email address at checkout and make sure you can access it. You are responsible for having a compatible device and software to open the supplied file.
